The proper way to identify cables, is by the printing on the sheath or insulation of the cable. In your case... it says right on the sheath... CAT 6A.
So yes... what you have there is official CAT 6A cable.

Ethernet Cable Identification for Beginners: Reading Print Legends
Learned something, didn't know CAT6a was available back in 2016 as the label shows. But then things are slow to catch up here.

The cable may be Cat6, but what about the connectors on the ends?
I remember the 3 piece versus 2 piece connectors and I also recall without that extra bit pushing against the wire, gigabit speed will never happen.
The big problem when I worked for a living was people buying RJ45 connectors designed for stranded wire when we used 98% solid core wire for punch-down terminals and patch panels.
I was being a bit of a smart a$$ with my question but that's great info to share.
Never cheap-out when buying RJ45 connectors unless you don't care about speed.
No. But you only showed a photo of the cable, and not the connectors on the end. You put those $.05 RJ45 Chinese connectors on the end of the most expensive CAT6 cable and your likely to not get gigabit Ethernet. Plug your cable in - do you get gigabit Ethernet through it? In order for the entire Ethernet connection to be rated as CAT6, every component of the entire connection must be rated CAT6, not just the cable.
