Cannot access the hidden folder share on my remote computer

1. Are you connecting from a Windows 10 system to another Windows 10 system? Yes.
2. Are the systems in a workgroup? Yes.
3. Is the system to which you are trying to connect to on the same LAN segment that the system you are connecting from is on? Different. I have also tried on the same LAN segment also can not. I know. If there are different segments that affect the firewall.
4. Is the time and timezone information accurate on both systems? Yes, accurate.
5. If you try to connect to the remote system using credentials local to that system, can you connect using Ultra VNC or system admin? We can configure Ultra VNC for authentication by following a Windows remote username or using its own authentication from UltraVNC. I usually do the settings using Windows Username for authentication.
