Yes, I'm still at 100Mbps.

You just said to set it to auto negotiation if the router was configured that way? I had 1.0 Gbps Full before setting it to auto after your recommendation. As far as I know, I cannot manually change the duplex on the router, unfortunately.

I did, most of that I was doing from the first place as troubleshooting. As for going to the ISP, the ISP isn't at fault here. I can get max speed using 5GHz WiFi no issue. The router can reportedly support up to 4000/1200, so I'm not even close to maxing out what it can handle. As I've said before, I have gotten gigabit to work, it's just something with Windows, probably, that is conflicting with the configuration.

I'm not connected wirelessly through my computer, it's through my phone.

Something worth to mention is that the router picks up my duplex settings as automatic, instead of 1.0Gbps; I think that this might be a clue of sorts?

Again, yes I did. I just brought up the subject of WiFi as proof that it is not the ISP's fault, but rather a fault on my end.
