From that output, your router would be at 10.0.0.1
Apologies. I created that screenshot from work. I am not at home. I will resend the screenshot when I get home. Again, sorry about the confusion.
Do the following in a Command Prompt:
ipconfig /all > %userprofile%\desktop\ipconfig.txt
notepad %userprofile%\desktop\ipconfig.txt
Make sure the notepad window has the focus then press Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C
Come here and paste into post in this thread. It will look something like this:

Yes. That is the routers address. That is what I have been typing into Firefox and Chrome and I get that the network cannot be accessed or page cannot be found error.
In a Command prompt, run the following, one at a time -
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
I'm curious. Did you try the approach suggested in Post No. 9?
Have you tried to access the router's set-up page using Edge?
JackHughs
You may need to contact your ISP and ask them why is access to router settings blocked.
Some ISP's behave like this, changing rules as they wish.
Another possible problem I see is your IPv6 configuration, so you have IPv6 connectivity to internet?
Ok I tried this and it won’t let me renew. It keeps saying that “No operation can be performed on Ethernet while it has its media disconnected...”
And JackHughes, I did try that just now, in Edge, and it still says “hmmm... your internet access is blocked. Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection...” but I have tried turning off my AV and firewall in my AV and it still won’t access my router.

I’ve tried that. The tech guy is coming by today to try to figure out what is wrong. However, I’m an American living in Thailand and know very little Thai, so the language barrier is the issue. It’s very difficult to explain what the problem is. As a matter of fact, he texted me just now as I was writing this. I am hoping to clear this up so I don’t have to have the technician here. My wife is the one who speaks Thai and she won’t be here to help me communicate with him.
As for IPv6, I’m not sure. I haven’t changed anything on the router because I cannot access it except through my iPad.
