    Networking Issues

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10, like most people. Since upgrading, my ethernet connection keeps dropping sometimes going to limited and other times disconnecting completely and all at random times. It was fine when on Windows 8.1 and fine when connected over WiFi, only ethernet is a problem.

The network card is a Realtek PCIE GBE Family Controller or according to the Hardware Id a Realtek RTL8168e.

I was running version 10 of the ethernet driver on first looking, which I think were installed by the manufacturers that installed it all, i downloaded a V8 driver (latest) from the Realtek site which made no difference. I also read somewhere that Windows 10 can shut the ethernet to sleep, so I have removed this option from the device.

I'm pretty lost what else to do and need some advise. I can't use Wifi all the time as some of our management software is blocked from the WIFI network purposely.

    Help!

    Many Thanks in advance
