If I refresh, I'll still have all the bloatware from Dell....I really think that's what the problem is. But, I have also found that this Optiplex 3070 will only boot from the nvme. Read that on Dells support site somewhere. So that rules out removing it and tossing in a 2.5 SSD and installing Wndoz.
Thought about a network reset too...might do that first.
EDIT: Network reset was a failure also reset the firewall after that and that didn't help either. I reset the firewall because when I ran the trouble shooter it keeps telling me there is an issue but it can't automatically fix it but gives be no USABLE info about what is wrong.
This is the only PC I have not been able to configure to work properly on my network and I'm sorry I bought the dern thing.

Well I took out the nvme SSD, tossed in a 2.5 SSD did a custom install of Win 10 and I had NO issues accessing the PC. So I took the 2.5 SSD back out an reinstalled the nvme and did a Windows Reset and it's fixed. So I suppose something got hosed up when I initially setup sharing on it. Working like a champ now!
Try changing the registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa restrictanonymous from 1 to 0 and reboot, worked for me on W11.
