My available wifi networks show "open bond config"...what is that?

Under my wifi connections options I have begun to see two new connections besides my own & my neighbor's routers:
The first one is named "Bond Config KSMWSCE81479"
    The second one is "XHS-7BD10229"
Can anyone explain what those two things are?

    Thanks.

I've made no recent changes to my home settings.
Xfinity is my provider & I use a Motorola AC1900 router.
I also have a Netgear N-150 router for Xfinity home security connections.
The gear I have connected to my wireless network include:
    1 Windows 10 PC desktop
    1 Mac desktop
    2 ipads
    2 phones
    1 printer
    1 TP-link

    Welcome to Ten Forums @Djembe

The names you see are the SSID names of all available WiFi connections in your area, yours and your neigbors.

Looks like one of your neigbors has just bought a Bond Bridge to connect together all their IoT devices. Looks like a close neigbor judging by the signal strength.

    Bond Bridge

    Features

    1. Control up to 30 devices
    2. Contactless control
    3. One Bond Bridge per home – 2500 sq. ft.
    4. Duplicates your RF remote control
    5. Wifi 2.4 GHz
    6. Control your devices remotely
    Bond Bridge | Bond

All Bond Bridge setup connections are identified with an Open connection with the SSID of Bond Config nnnnnnn where the number is its serial number. From the signal strength of the other new name it's probable the secure connection for the same Bond Bridge. From the setup instructions...

Select your Bond Config WiFi (Bond serial number) shown under nearby devices.
