    Good afternoon cctaylor88.

Just to clarify a few details again.

    1) You have no other PC, device or smart phone we can use for testing the internet connection?
    2) The last time you had connected the PC directly to the modem it produced download speeds >500 Mbps that never became slower?
    3) I believe I read somewhere in this thread that no drivers have been updated besides via Windows update, correct?
    4) You mentioned updating killer Enet above. Does your killer also provide a wireless Ethernet connection? Mine only covers Ethernet, not wireless.
    5) If your killer Ethernet does not cover wireless, what wireless card is installed and what drivers?
    1) I have been doing all of my wireless testing via my cell phone, I can potentially get a work laptop to test speeds if that would help?
    2) Yes when the PC was connected to modem it produced consistent fast speeds for ~15min
    3) Windows is up to date, I have updated the Intel Network Adapters and deleted a TAP network adapter used by my VPN I believe
4)I have no clue, my motherboard has two inputs for enet but I have no clue which is the "killer" and which is not, even after looking at the manual.
5)My pc isn't capable of wireless

So all of the speed tests measured on the cell phone were via wifi. In future please clarify if a test is run on the cell versus the PC, so I don't forget. A laptop would be helpful, if available. Although, if you've clearly identified no difficulty while directly connected to the modem, unnecessary.

It would be very helpful to run this test longer, 60-90 minutes or longer if possible.

    Good news.

Check your device manager under Network Adapters, see pic below. Not that relevant if your PC doesn't use wireless.

Good to know, if your only connection is a Killer Ethernet, an updated driver might be of use. I'd be surprised if it would contribute to this problem though. I tried to update my Killer Ethernet today, what a PITA. Check the driver tab in the device manager for Killer Ethernet.
