Power Management Tab in Device Manager

    Hi All,

I need some help so I decided to join the forum. I picked up an extra project at work, I'm going to be setting up WOL (Wake on LAN) on all machines. I have tested this in my home environment with laptops and Desktops and it works flawlessly.
All work at the BIOS level is done. The part I'm getting stuck at is, I'm not seeing any power management tab for the NIC under the device manager. I need to set some settings there and unable too. I know it's a GPO that is blocking it but don't know which one. I have some searching on it and unable to find the correct one. Attached is a screenshot of the tab, I'm looking for to be enabled, any help would be appreciated.

I found in a google search, I can modify a registry key, but I'm unable to do that , it does not take the change in our domain.

"Open RegEdit and move to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power
If it's not created yet, you have to create a new DWORD key named CsEnabled and set the value to 0."

    Hi, some other ideas:

Please see both #68 (the fix you've tried) and in particular the comment in #69 here:
Allow or Prevent Devices to Wake Computer in Windows 10

One such thread suggested an old ethernet drive could give rise to the tab missing.

    Another suggested:
The Power Management tabs are probably not there by design. Google AOAC (always on always connected) devices for more info.

Some threads suggest that anything preventing sleep may conflict with this.

Is the device allowed to wake the PC?
