Spectrum Internet Issue.......Disconnects at almost same time....

Almost every day between 4pm and 5pm my Spectrum internet goes out for about 5-7 minutes, give or take a minute or two. It has been doing this since installing the service last fall. I have called Spectrum about this and they say that they do not show any interruption at all during the time that it's off. Every piece of equipment from Spectrum has been replaced at least once, some of it twice including my underground cable and all coax at my residence as well as Modem and Router. Even the computers that are connected with CAT-5 or 6 go offline when this happens, not just the Wi-Fi. During the lost connection, the lights on my Modem and Router do not show that they are disconnected. My Wife is working from home now so some help or answers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Why use a Font that is too dim? People are having enough display problems as it is.

Sounds like you have a time setting in the Router or Modem doing it.

Sorry for the Font. Hope this is better. I am using the Dark Legacy site style. Didn't realize it would be hard to see. About my issue.....I can't access my GUI for my Modem right now. Keep getting error message saying "Another User Currently Logged In" I am gonna do a factory reset on the modem tomorrow. Too late tonight to mess with it......I was kinda thinking that it may have to do with T3 or T4 Timeouts. I need to search my modem log to see......

For a couple of days I had not been able to get into my Modem/Router because when I tried it would give the message "Another User is Currently Logged In". I finally got a chance today to do a hard reset and I was able to log in. As I brought up the log, it was showing the time but it was two hours off, in other words, behind by 2 hours. It showed the time zone as America/Denver which it should be America/New York for my Eastern Time Zone. I don't know if it matters. I don't think that is my issue because if I remember correctly I set it the last time I was in there and it made no difference as to my connection issue.

How did you do this....your hard reset could be different than what it really is. Just to clarify please.

That scares the crap out of me.......sounds like you've been hacked.
I would factory reset your modem/router setup. This is done by pushing in the button on the inside of a tiny hole on the back of the unit. Press and hold button till modem/router turns off and then release. Once that is done, go in and change network name and password on the modem/router. Then as a precaution, change every password you've entered while using a browser.

That is what I did, I said "hard reset" but it was a factory reset. I read on Google that alot of users are having issue with that message "Another User is Currently Logged In". I now want to focus on the original issue from my first post........

Your gear (Spectrum modem and router) just shuts down, powers off or just the net goes down? Does any of your PC's (towers and laptops) power off or just the net goes down? During this time period that all this is happening.

If any of the PC's and your Spectrum hardware power off.....it could be a power surge of some kind. Do you use surge protectors and/or a UPS? If no on the surge protectors.....get some. If a UPS is being used.....disconnect it and see what happens.

    Hmm...

Is there something in your home like a timer or other piece of electrical equipment?
Obviously, there is something interrupting your service. Is it at the exact same time each day?

Not exactly the same time but usually within the same hour. Just not EVERY day.

Give me some more information. What days and times?

Have any neighbors using Spectrum been affected?

Hmm .... you have a problem and they cannot fix it?
Hmm ... you have Spectrum? As in Time Warner? As in ... oops our name is mud, so let's change it!

I dumped them three years ago, and I'll never go back.

So ... what other provider can offer you service?
