Can't create Wi-Fi hotspot
I'm trying to create a Wi-Fi hotspot by launching an elevated command prompt and doing this:
Which returns:Code:netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=MySSIDName key=MyKey
Then I:Code:The hosted network mode has been set to allow. The SSID of the hosted network has been successfully changed. The user key passphrase of the hosted network has been successfully changed.
Which returned this:Code:netsh wlan start hostednetwork
Why won't the hosted network start? This worked all the time in Windows 7 on the same machine. This is the only snag I've run into so far with Win 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Code:The hosted network couldn't be started. The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation.
