Hi DeriLoko3
I'm sorry, I should have asked for more info and for a screenshot like this above. Some of those signals are too low to cause you any trouble. Have all the extra wifi networks disappeared after your driver update?
While there are a few wifi test utilities available and I like the look of the app Callender posted, I believe that the NirSoft WifiInfoView that Denis presented would be the best for troubleshooting in your situation. Most importantly it will provide the wifi channels being used by your neighbors and the power level being received, all presented in a clean and adjustable spreadsheet style fashion. No searching or clicking required to see everything.
I can see the wifi devices from my closest neighbors and the received signal level is far too low to interfere even if we were using the same wifi channel. Once you resolved this issue, it is possible to hide those neighbor's wifi signals, if you so choose. I only see the wifi networks in my house by choice.

Yes, I do the same. I use the procedure in Add or Remove Wireless Network from Filter - TenForumsTutorial

Hi Deri, I'm just doing a follow-up check? Were you suffering with poor wifi performance and since updating the drivers above, everything appears to be working well again?
You might consider trying WifiInfoView or any other analyzer type app that allows you to measure your neighbor's wifi channel and signal receive power. If you are receiving a neighbor's wifi signal at sufficient power level and on the same channel that you're using, this will likely reduce performance on your internet use.
That said, unless you are able to change the wifi channel used on your equipment, it might not matter. Another option should your neighbor's wifi be significantly reducing your internet speed would be to buy a lower cost wifi router that allows you to adjust the wifi channel.
My primary wifi router has ability to select channels.
Wireless Modem/wifi has channel selection.
I have multiple wifi networks at home for different devices and make certain that they all operate on different wifi channels.
In my laptop, I actually have a 2.4GHz Wireless Network Adapter.
Also, look in here.
Does my Wireless Network Adapter in my laptop supports a 5G network?
Deri,
If, as you posted above, the specs say it is only 2.4GHz then it cannot detect or connect to 5GHz networks.
Even referring to "5GHz" can be misleading these days because some "5GHz" networks are 5.8GHz rather than 5.0Ghz and some "5GHz" adapters cannot detect those channels. I fell foul of this and had to replace my "5GHz" network adapter when the network changed.
