Devolo powerline keeps dropping

Hi,

I have a pair of devolo dlan 1200 powerline adpaters (one plugged into router, one in kitchen). working fine for a couple of years, but the kitchen one keeps dropping out. cockpit app doesn't show it, until i pull it out and plug it back and manually add it to cockpit via the sec id.

windows 10 on a couple of laptops, and phones, all experience wifi dropping. when they do i can see kitchen adapter dropped from cockpit. btw house was completely re-wired just before i bought the adapters

Any ideas why it keeps dropping off, or how to troubleshoot?

DECT telephons might be a cause for interference. Did you change something?
I would see whether a firmware update is available.
When the power socket belongs to a different electricity group, I would test with another socket.
Check whether guarantee is still applicable. In my country it is -I believe- 3 years.
