I have a problem with ndis.sys. When i use PC on battery, ndis.sys is too high and surely it is caused by wifi card (Realtek 8821CE) because if i insert a wifi USB adapter the latency is normal. Moreover, when i use PC plugged in, there aren't high latency. I also update driver (currently the driver of 8821CE is 2024.0.10.209) but the situation don't change. How can i solve this problem?

3. IMHO you need this driver = as above here is where t get it from

top one on the catalogue = click download on right of entry
a window will open select the entry then click the arrow to the side of save
select save as
save to desktop
then open the saved file and extract all to the same place.
DO NOT install it yet
4. Go to device manager
expand network adapters right click the Realtek
click uninstall device
ON THE SMALL window that opens click to check uninstall driver software.
5. NOTE shut down FULLY
Option 1: Perform a full shutdown using Shift key
Step 1: Open Start menu, select Power button.
Step 2: Press and hold the Shift key on keyboard, while clicking on Shut down, and then release the Shift key to perform a full shutdown.
6. Reboot with USB wireless in
installing device MAY appear for the Realtek in the notifications area
Go to device manager
when it shows it will likely have a yellow warning marker and if you open it no driver
right click it click install or /update driver if install is not available
Select Browse my computer for driver software, and point to the location where you’ve extracted the Realtek drivers, and update it.
Then try again and see if the problem is resolved.
I found the driver on the webpage HP (https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers...model/23086201).
The driver you adviced me is for the 8822CE version. Is it ok for 8821CE?
I am a little suspicious of that driver on the HP website

My research shows that there have been many reported problems with that driver that you have installed.
I have seem quite a few reports of problems with these multi packaged drivers.
I believe the one I sent you will work and MAY solve your problem

as you report that it is OK on mains per - explore options for settings on battery - if sperate setting is not available for battery - then set whatever is available within your plan for MAX
Unfortunately, buzzing audio and latency in ndis.sys continues. I found a post from a user who has a problem similar to mine (8821ce latency high on battery). At this point, I believe it is an incompatibility between RTL8821CE and acpi.sys that I hope will be solved in Windows or Realtek updates.
Perhaps that is the only way forward
If you have tried the suggestions in the other topic you found, perhaps it is worth having a look at Task Manager
Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open Task manager - processes
Set it to monitor top CPU cycles by clicking CPU heading so that high use is at the top and the small arrow aside the CPU heading is point down
Playback audio and see which process spikes when the buzzing/popping occurs.
I read that on some laptops the problem can be caused if the case has been opened for some reason and an antennae lead from the wireless adapter has been moved on its swivel connection, to a different angle, then allowing it to transmit interference to the sound. -
