3. IMHO you need this driver = as above here is where t get it from

top one on the catalogue = click download on right of entry
a window will open select the entry then click the arrow to the side of save
select save as
save to desktop
then open the saved file and extract all to the same place.
DO NOT install it yet
4. Go to device manager
expand network adapters right click the Realtek
click uninstall device
ON THE SMALL window that opens click to check uninstall driver software.
5. NOTE shut down FULLY
Option 1: Perform a full shutdown using Shift key
Step 1: Open Start menu, select Power button.
Step 2: Press and hold the Shift key on keyboard, while clicking on Shut down, and then release the Shift key to perform a full shutdown.
6. Reboot with USB wireless in
installing device MAY appear for the Realtek in the notifications area
Go to device manager
when it shows it will likely have a yellow warning marker and if you open it no driver
right click it click install or /update driver if install is not available
Select Browse my computer for driver software, and point to the location where you’ve extracted the Realtek drivers, and update it.
Then try again and see if the problem is resolved.
