Windows Network Issue
My computer won’t show anything to connect to for my WiFi, and the WiFi symbol is replaced by a globe with an x by it. I’ve tried to do network reset and even resetting my pc, but neither worked.

Welcome to the forum. Open a cmd prompt type
ipconfig /all
netsh wlan show networks
post both results
Please can we establish a baseline to assist further consideration?
1 Is the WiFi card switched on? You will need to check your manual for how to do this - it might be a physical switch, it might be the F2 key, it might be something else.
2 If you click on the WiFi icon in the Notification area [the System tray] does a window spring up [that would normally display the available WiFi networks]?
3 In Settings, Network, WiFi does the switch at the top of the window show that WiFi is switched on?
4 In Control panel, Network & sharing centre, Change adapter settings - is your WiFi adapter shown & is it Enabled or Disabled. [You can get to the same place using Settings, Network, Status, Network & sharing centre, Change adapter settings]
5 In right-click Start button, Device manager, Network adapters section - is your WiFi adapter listed & does it show any warning icons there?
6 Still in Device manager, are any devices listed within an 'Other devices' section [if such a section exists]? In any of the Device manager sections, are there any entries labelled 'Unknown device'?

Why does 3. No? include a question mark?
And please provide a screenshot of using netsh wlan show networks in a command prompt window so we can see what stops that command working [as you mentioned earlier].
For your ipconfig /all results,
run the command,
click on the cmd icon in the titlebar, the top left of the cmd prompt window,
select Edit, Select all,
right click anywhere in the selected area,c
in a Notepad window or similar, Paste.
- You can then paste the whole lot here as well.
