Can I connect computers between two routers?

Sorry in advance, I'm not a big networking guy. The best way to illustrate what I'm asking is to show it in this diagram:

I need to be able to establish file sharing on Windows from "Laptop" to "PC-1" and "PC-2". Laptop is running Windows 10 Pro, and both PCs have Windows 7 Pro.

    Things I cannot do:

    • Rewire this setup.

    Things I can do:

    • Change admin configuration on any router.

Any suggestions how to do this?

Very simple set comcast as dhcp server on. set wifi router to dhcp off give it an ip in the same range and subnet as comcast but different number ie comcast 192.168.1.1 second routee 192.168.1.25 connect both via Lan ports Not wan ports you good to go

My setup is similar. My main router's DHCP server is set to hand out IP addresses from 192.168.0.10 to 192.168.0.255. I have 3 different access points (WiFi router in your diagram) and they have their own IP addresses assigned internally starting at 192.168.0.2. The main router and DHCP server is 192.168.0.1. As @Samuria stated, turn off DHCP on the second router, many times this is the difference between "router" mode (DHCP on) and "access point" mode (DHCP off).
