Wi-fi internet connection drops at random times and frequently

So for a long time I had this problem happening and it's annoying. So what happens is that I am either downloading something and the connection goes to 0kb/s instantly and I found that reconnecting works for a while. It happens frequently with my internal wi-fi card which is a RTL8723BE wi-fi card and it happens sometimes with a USB wi-fi that I use though it takes space so I want to get my internal one working. My driver is up to date, I tried changing the power management settings to it doesn't turn it off to save power and I can't seem to find the problem.

Some help would be appreciated, thanks.

Go in the ipv4 properties and set the DNS servers to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
If you have a wireless phone base close, move it. Use a program like Inssider to show you what channels your neighbors are using for their routers.
You might want to change to a less used channel.

You need to check what other WiFi is in your area as any close on the same channel will do it

So I tried changing the DNS and the channel to a channel with not too many other connections and it didn't change anything. I still have that problem.

Edit: I don't have that problem on my Linux hard drive, only on Windows

I solved the problem by installing an old driver from 2015 manually. It's such a pain to downgrade drivers on Windows 10. Had to block the update and manually downgrade the preinstalled version. In the end I managed to install that older version and everything works again. Thanks for the help.

I unchecked "Register this connection's addresses in DNS" in DNS tab in General -> Advanced in DNS settings of my Adapter. Fixed now on new driver.
