    Currently your firewall is set as you're connected to a public network.
    Are you connected with a LAN cable or WiFi?
    Is the network a private (like home, office) or is it a public (airport, library etc)?

    I don't use Windows Firewall, but can't you just disconnect as public (right click) and connect as private?

    I found my problem I didn't belong to a homegroup which is my other computer so i connected to a homegroup and now things are right Thanks for tryingwindows firewall-capture.png
