Hi, not sure I understand your question. Perhaps you mean:
    - can I hide PC #4 but still access a folder on it
    - I can access a folder on PC #4, but I can't see PC #4
    - I can't see PC #4 and I want to access a folder on it but I can't
    - something else.

Please see this thread for tutorials and more relevant to networking which may help with ideas of things to check:

How is it possible that I access a shared file on PC #4, but I can't see PC #4 under network in file explorer?

I have the shared folder in QUICK ACCESS. I can click on it and access it. If I go under NETWORK the PC that hosts the shared folder is not visible. I don't see how that is possible.

Of course it was not behaving like this yesterday but there was a windows update so......................

Yeah, that's how my BAN (Basement Area Network) works with four W10 1909 Pros desktops. In my case, folder is listed under "This PC", right under "3D Objects". The link states the name of the share and NetBIOS name (in parenthesis) of the desktop where it resides.

Yet, when the "Network" clicked in Explorer, it only shows my local machine's name and the printers. I've tried earlier this year to enable browsing these desktops, but after couple of days and quiet a few hours, I gave up. Going through 8 - 10 different steps to verify settings on each systems isn't worth for. Especially knowing, that the next update may reset everything. Basically MS update makes this a rinse and repeat process. At the very least on a semi-annual bases...
