PC connected to, but getting no internet access from TP-Link AC1750

    Hi,

I hope someone can help here, as I am at my wits end with this issue!

We have the TP-Link AC1750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router and I use it to connect my PC to our WiFi.

This was working perfectly well up until the weekend where something got unplugged while cleaning. I'm not 100% certain, but nearly sure this is when the issue started.

Our mobile phones can connect to it, without any issues. They work as they always have.

But the bizarre thing is - my PC is connecting to is, but it is not letting me access the Internet at all. I've tried the following to no avail:

    - Made the PC forget the connection, and input my security code again
    - Reset the router
    - Turned it on/off multiple times
    - Followed some video showing how to reset and flush the DNS settings

Would anyone familiar with this type of scenario have any ideas what to try?

    Thanks

You could try deleting the wifi from the device manager and refreshing it.
connecting by way of Ethernet cable to test the pc's connection .

Thanks Thomas I will try that when home from work.

This all worked perfectly fine before, truly bizarre!

If anyone else wants to add suggestions please do do. I want to get this working tonight!

    Thanks,

You might think about checking the Dell website for updated drivers.
