Weird devices, high upload usage, slow internet speeds

    Version: 1909

So for the past few weeks I've had a bunch of weird problems.

    1. My data upload usage went through the roof (16 gigs!) on a day I am certain no device on the network was conceivably uploading anything
    2. My internet speeds on this PC in particular are often 1/10th what they should be
    3. As soon as I power on the PC, Bluetooth turns itself on and makes the PC discoverable, something called a "Bluetooth USB Module" enables itself, a "Bluetooth (Personal Area Network)" device connects itself (shown paired simply as "Device" under PC Settings), and multiple "Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter"devices (sometimes numbered between #1-9) show up as hidden devices in Device Manager
    4. Even when the PC is idle there are constantly dozens of Service Host tasks running 24/7, and "NetworkService -p" is constantly sending/receiving data to several multicast IPs
    5. In Services, there are several services enabled with underscores and letters/numbers after them, a lot of them seeming to deal with things like connected devices and internet connection sharing

One other weird occurrence was that, a few days ago when watching the YouTube app on PS4, a laptop on the network which has never once cast to/from or logged with the associated YouTube account (and vice versa) showed up in the bottom corner of the screen as having "signed on," despite the fact that no one was using it at the time.

Does any of this sound like...anything?

The PS4 would be the most likely culprit. Ask your ISP if they can see usage by MAC ID from your Gateway to help pinpoint the culprit.
