Windows 10 doesn't see my HP 4520 wireless printer

I moved the location of my PC and printers, etc. yesterday, and now Windows will not add my HP 4520 printer in Devices>Printers and Scanners.
It shows up under Network in File Explorer, and the driver software installs OK. It also works OK if I use HP Smart.
In addition, I can print to it OK from my iPhone or iPad. Just not my PC.
I spoke to HP Support, and they said it was my hub - BT Smarthub 6 - that was the issue as it jumps around using 2.4GHz and 5GHz. I told them that the exact same hardware was working perfectly together for a long time until yesterday. They told me to call BT and ask for them to separate my dual band broadband into 2.4 and 5 so that the printer woiuld always connect to 2.4.
I am very sceptical of this advice as when I look at my Hub Manager page, the printer is always on 2.4GHz anyway.
    Any ideas, guys?

This is above me but I'd advise playing the elimination game. If you don't know what it is perhaps you can find out what it isn't.

You said your iPhone and iPad work. That informs (I guess) that the issue is either specific to Windows 10 or your PC. Do you have a friend with PC laptop who can drop by and try their PC? If their PC has a problem too it's likely a Windows problem/driver problem. If it doesn't you've isolated to your setup.

    Have you tried Safe Mode?

Go to Settings>Devices>Printers and Scanners, then systematically step through the options on the page.Running the Troubleshoot one first might help.
Also, have a quick look in Reliability History, may be some note there.
Quite some time ago,I had a similar hassle with my Canon and had to specifically go to the Start menu and select each option,e.g. MyPrinter.Don't quote me,but I think a subsequent update sorted it.

Thanks guys. I persevered with HP support and they sorted it. Nothing to do with dual band routers, as I suspected. It was something about the way the IP address was assigned.
