little issue, i can't open the network settings

    Version 1903
    OS Build: 18362.356

i format my disk yesterday and today i wanted to open the network settings but it just didn't work
i had to open it from the start menu, i usually open it from the tray hide icon and it's faster for me
it's bothering me why it was working before and not now?

Why did you format the disk? That is a very drastic measure so we need to know why you felt that had to be done.

Were you out of space? That is still very drastic. You could have just removed the things you didn't want or need anymore.

Did you install all of the latest drivers? What happens when you try to look at Network Properties in the System Tray? Is it there at all?

Right-click on a blank space on the Windows 10 taskbar and select Taskbar Settings.
The link "Select which icons appear on the taskbar" gives you options to enable or disable icons on the taskbar.
Scroll down to the area that says, Notification Area and then choose Turn System Icons on or off. You can then choose which icons, including Network, appear in that System Tray or Notification Area
