My broadband connection is slow

Many thanks. I have recently bought a refurbished Fujitsu PC with Windows 10. It has a solid state hard drive. It has a Pentium dual-core CPU E5400 @ 2.7GHz. 4 GB RAM. 7.500Gb virtual memory, 5.06Gb available. My broadband connection is slow - 1 kps on average. When I am on the Internet the screen freezes - usually after about 5-10 minutes. I have had it back to the shop twice but they can find no fault. They have super-fast broadband. If I disconnect from my wireless router I have no problem. The PC runs fine and doesn't freeze at all. I have changed the wireless connector but no good. I also have a HP laptop running Windows 10 with no problem on the Internet. It never freezes. Can you help?k

You need to tell us the make model of router and the type of connection ie adsl and is there a modem as well, what speed to you pay for and what is your speed on this pc and the other one Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

Are you connecting via wireless or cable if wireless what is the wireless card

My problem is not slow broadband, it is windows 10 freezing when I am online.

Install latest version of network card driver from manufacturer website.
