WiFi randomly disconnecting

I have had this new desktop computer for 2 weeks. Ever since I assembled it, I have been experiencing random WiFi disconnections with a frequency of about 2 disconnections per day. After this happens, I must manually reconnect to the WiFi network.

I have a laptop, an iPhone and an iPad in my home network, and none of them experience this weird WiFi outage; it only happens to the desktop computer. Whenever I get disconnected, the only clue I get is an event 6062 "Lso was triggered" in the systems event viewer.

My motherboard is a X570 I Aorus Pro Wifi. The chipset driver together with the WiFi adapter driver and the LAN driver were installed after a fresh install of Windows 10 v1903. The drivers are up to date, and Windows 10 is up to date.

Any idea on what the problem is?

Thank you for the answer, it is indeed important to consider those factors. However, none of them seem to be the source of my issue.

The access point is next to the computer; antennas are connected with full signal strength; the access point uses the 5ghz band with a bandwidth of 20mhz; the 5ghz band is not at all congested according to Microsoft WiFi analyzer, I should be able to use any channel without problems.

I reset the computer's network settings as described in this post:

I also disabled the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” setting in the wireless adapter. I even checked the router's configuration to see if there was any wonkyness in there.

Nevertheless, I keep being sporadically kicked out of the wireless network and getting the cryptic "Lso was triggered" event.

5ghz needs to be set on 80mhz Channel Bandwidth, 2.4 set on 40mhz Channel Bandwidth. Tty uninstalling the wifi chipset drivers and device in Device Manager and then reboot. It could come down to just a wonky Access Point.

My access point is working in 802.11n/ac mixed mode. It is also set for 20/40/80 mhz bandwidth auto-selection.
Checking Microsoft WiFi analyzer and my computer's WiFi adapter, I see the access point chooses the 20mhz bandwidth.
I disabled the 2.4ghz band, too congested according to the WiFi analyzer. I also reinstalled the chipset driver and the wireless adapter driver. Nevertheless, I keep being kicked out of the network from time to time.
Do you think the bandwidth is the problem? I read that 802.11ax radios (which my WiFi adapter is) are backward compatible with 802.11ac, n, g, etc. And therefore should be able to work with the 20mhz, the 40mhz, and the 80mhz channels.

Again, follow my directions for setting 5ghz for best speeds. 2.4ghz should be set to 40mhz Channel Bandwidth.

Set the 5ghz radio to Channel 149 and 2.4ghz to Channel 3. These settings work and you just need to follow them. Also if your Access Point has Band Steering, enable it, adjust the antennas in a W or L.

This is tried and true and these do work.

The thing is; my access point doesn't allow me to fix the bandwidth to 80mhz. It only allows either the 80/40/20 auto-selection mode, the 40/20 auto-selection mode, or the 20mhz mode. The channel on the other hand is fixed to the 149.

I would replace it then. I have the Asus RT-ac68u and running asuswrt Merlin on it, along with using entware to run Diversion ad blocking. I placed my Xfinity eMTA in Bridge mode.

I don't mean to be pushy or rude, but could you provide a source of information for the channel and bandwidth assertions you made in the previous post? I can't find any online. It would be unfortunate if I were to purchase another access point just to end up not solving the issue.
