Local IP returned instead of remote VPN's IP

    Yes I can ping those addresses and also things like msn.com google.fr etc
    The curious thing is that I had been using M/S Edge (when I raised this ticket) which regularly fails when the VPN is running but now I have migrated everything to FireFox and it all works like a dream (and I don't get the msn.com "news" feeds which is a delight).
    By the way I fixed the remote IP to for internal reasons within the remote network and I guess that is why the subnet mask is
