Think Comcast data usage meter is acting up really, Probably last 30 days of explorer use for OneDrive, why shows so much, so probably a non issue that I didn't even need to make a thread on lol.

Hi. My ACER 5315 is hardly useable, and it looks like Windows Explorer is the culprit. In Task Manager I've got a reading of 99% on CPU usage. And Windows Explorer is using around 40 - 60%.

My explorer.exe consistently uses 25%~ of my CPU, it persists through restarts and restarting the process itself. I believe a reinstall would fix it but i'd much rather fix it manually first if I can.
