I have a 2010 Lenovo ThinkPad that still works fine. I have replaced the hard drive with a SSD. That really helped. It is obviously not as fast as a newer system but it is still very usable. So far I have been able to install and update every new version of Windows 10 on it. I don't know when a future Windows 10 "Feature Update" will bring it to its knees, but hopefully it can keep on ticking.
