OneDrive icon missing from tray plus OneDriveSetup.exe missing

Windows Security is reporting that I need to setup OneDrive, but nothing happens when I click the button. The OneDrive icon in File Explorer is there, but looks like one of those regular .exe icons rather than the blue cloud icon I'm used to. And I also can't find OneDriveSetup.exe anywhere. The OneDrive icon is also missing from the Taskbar, even though in Taskbar Personalization Settings the option for that icon appearing on the Taskbar is turned on. Please help.

I reinstalled OneDrive by downloading the setup file from that Microsoft site. The icon in File Explorer still looks like a regular .exe icon, but aside from that it's all fine now. Thanks.

If it's a shortcut, you can always create your own..
