Windows 10 can't handle Wi-Fi Connection Speed

I have a really weird problem. I have multiboot Manjaro and Windows 10.

When I connect to the internet with Manjaro and ethernet cable everything is fine.
When I connect to the internet with Manjaro and Wi-Fi everything is fine.
When I connect to the internet with Windows 10 and ethernet cable everything is fine.

But when I connect to the internet with Windows 10 and Wi-Fi there is a problem.

The problem is download speed. At first download speed is at its fastest speed then its slowing down.
For example it's starts with 3 mb/s then after a few seconds it slows down to 50 kb/s. I even can't download 10 mb file sometimes.

My Windows 10 is fresh installed.

I have Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160. I installed latest driver. I even reinstalled it.

I couldn't understand what is the problem. I tried lots of things.

I think problem is about software driver and Windows 10.

I hope someone can help.

Welcome to the forum. When your on wifi do you connect to 2g or 5 g and what is the signal strength 5g is faster but you need to be closer. Is the router an AC router or an N

Sometimes problems like this can be specific to certain makes of PC. Did the Windows 10 come pre-installed by the manufacturer?
