Windows Update 1903 PING Annoying PING Problem

Hello guys, I am living a nightmare after Windows 1903 Update. Network is going crazy, PING is like you see in the picture below. Restarted router, modem, no luck.

Restore Windows Firewall settings to default by executing following command:

netsh advfirewall reset

Ping is used as a dos attack so many devices will drop to protect it's self so it's not a guide to anything use tracert instead as it may show problems with a router on the route
