Yep i verified it visually again, it is only after vpn disconnected. Why windows doesn't let me uninstall ipv6, it worked in win7 i have feeling. Can't i just delete some windows files to prevent usage of ipv6 in the first place ?
Tho i have a idea, i could try to disable it in firewall.

See this regarding Office365. That would include if you use OneDrive or other cloud services that require IPv6. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/off...e/ipv6-support
Quick chime in -
Some ISP's do not support IPv6 and can cause networking issues.
Best to stay with IPv4 for now.
That's it.
I already tried all of this and ipv6 re-enables...
I don't have ipv6 now, but problem is i can get it any moment, also i couldn't connect for some reason when ipv6 got enabled.Quick chime in -

I now disabled ipv6 in firewall for outgoing connections, for all programs from any ip to ip and disabled ip helper so ipv6 cannot tunel over ipv4. And disabled all core networking rules which had v6 in it. That should do the trick i suppose. I still get some packets, when i enable under nic only ipv6, but that is ssdp and dhcp and that has nothing to do with ipv6 traffic itself, i cannot test it anyways, because i don't have ipv6 currently, but from what i read this should disable it..
How are you testing if IPv6 is enabling? It could be that your Gateway is passing IPv6 from your provider and you are seeing the WAN side not LAN side.
