I have a windows 10 desktop and a windows 7 desktop. They can see each other. I recently added another windows 10 desktop, and made it visible to the network. The windows 7 desktop can seethe new desktop, but the old windows 10 desktop cannot see it. All computers are connected via cat5 cable to a router. I am not a windows expert. Any ideas ? Thanks.
Are both Windows 10 desktops at either v1809 or 1903?

The windows 10 system ( the one with the problem ) is at level 1803.
( that's the one that can't see the new windows 10 system ).
The new windows 10 system is at level 1903.

I went to your suggestions, and started Function Discovery Host Provider.
The other 3 were already running.
That seems to have fixed the problem, thank you so much !
( I probably would never have found that without your help ).
