    Win10 TP AOK, Win7 > Win10 soso. IE11 has no tcpip access...

    My machine has two boot volumes. vol3 (win7 now win10) and vol5 (win8 tp10).
    After automatic upgrade of win7p to Win10p(64) on vol3, all appeared to be well. It activated just fine (good network) and Edge and Chrome work fine. However, IE11, FireFox, Thunderbird, iolo SystemMechanic, Netgear Pro Switch config, MSI Live Update and maybe many more have no access to sockets.
    I disabled the Firewall and Defender!
    I loaded sysinternals TCPView and observed that both Edge and Chrome open/close ports and reach endpoints but none of the "apps of interest" reach the IP stack on the upgrade 10.
    The TP 10 on vol5 is my litmus test.. IE11, FF, TB and Netgear all work on this install. A lot to be said for a clean install.
    I used hijackthis to compare the two installs.. the TP10 generates a 1 page report and the ug10 3 pages.. lots of leftovers..
    My diagnostic tree is getting shorter. Anyone have anything to add?

    Now because I read in some forum someone did not like "thank you its fixed" answers.
    So...
    Hijackthis revealed excessive duplicate LSP entries for SpeedBit Video Accelerator.
    LSPfix did not find any problems, but did show the offending LSP entry.
    After uninstalling SpeedBit and rebooting;
    Bing change my wallpaper and I knew the issue was resolved. IE11 etc. work as expected.

    Thankyou
