Device Manager keeps refreshing due to ethernet connection. Help.

    Greetings.

When I started to encounter a problem regarding Dark Souls III I started to troubleshoot and managed to find out that Dark Souls III doesn't like when devices get connected and disconnected from your system. When I took a closer look to the device manager it was refreshing every few time stamps. I even measured the time between the refreshes and it's always exactly every 30 seconds. Luckily Windows is kind enough to open the corresponding Tab in which devices get plugged in and out and I found out that the refresh is caused by my Ethernet Connection. By plugging out my LAN-Cable which is connected to my DLAN Adapter the refreshing stops. So I found the culprit, the Ethernet connection.

Problem is: I'm very inexperienced regarding finding the real problem behind it and to fix it. I was only able to minimize the window of possible reasons why this is occuring. So can anyone help me to solve this problem? I'm using a 500 Mbps DLAN Adapter from Devolo btw if that helps.

The first thing to do would see if there is an updated driver for windows 10 for the DLan adapter. You can see if you can update the driver through device manager, If windows does not update the driver then go to the company who made it and see if you can find an updated driver for the device. If you cannot find an updated driver try uninstalling the current driver (remove the device and the driver files) and installing the driver you downloaded in compatibility mode. If nothing works remove it from Device manager and restart your computer then plug it back in and see if windows can straighten it out.

I decided to make a screen from the network adapter tab in the device manager. First driver is a vpn from my university. Second one is obviously just hamachi. The third one is if I'm not mistaken the driver for the LAN connection in my motherboard. What WAN Miniport is or does.. Dunno. The XBox Wireless Adapter for Windows is self-explanatory.

The 2 down arrows mean the devices are disabled. Try enabling the device.

So I did all things you asked for. I tried to look for new driver software in both Ethernet connection and my DLan device. I uninstalled my Ethernet Driver and restarted my computer and after my computer reinstalled the driver the problem still persisted.
I also enabled both Hamachi and my VPN allthough I thought that it wouldn't be the problem and I was right. The problem still lasts.
    What should I do next?

It could be the VPN that is causing the problem with the game. Are there any updates for the game itself? It may not even be your ethernet or adapters. Have you tried updating the graphics driver? I had a problem after the 1903 update that was similar. Device manager kept refreshing it happened to be my graphics and sound driver. Try showing hidden devices and expanding all catagories in Device manger. Is the Dlan hooked up through USB?

So disabling my router stops the device manager from refreshing. By enabling my router the refreshing starts again. Just another piece of information which might be helpful.

You can try resetting your router. Physically unplug your router and modem:Leave it disconnected for about 20 seconds then plug back in. Look for updated drivers for your router. A reset may fix .

Uninstalled Hamachi now with no success to regarding the refresh problem. The game doesn't have any updates. Yes I was playing on an older one and the game was running just fine. After a restart and I believe a small Windows update this problem occured. I updated my graphic driver to the newest version with no success regarding the refresh thing. The DLan is connected via the LAN port.

I did that already except for the drivers part.

Will give the site regarding the same problem a shot.

The thing is, my Internet works fine. The problem is just the device manager resetting itself which causes game freezes in the game mentioned above.
