Do you get any error message what actually happens?
No, no message at all, for instance today I was scrolling through my facebook page and out of the blue, I could not react to a post.
I then checked the connection and it was not connected anymore.
Yet, the other PC was still connected.
Both PC's are within ten feet from the modem.
With the other PC the disconnection happens usually after a few hours after not being used, but not shut down.
With that PC it only happens once in a while.

This happens when the second PC is left connected over night.
It is not a huge problem since a restart of the PC in question will reconnect to the wi-fi.
The other PC which is also left running, does not have that problem.
This issue started a few months ago.
I ( my spouse) would appreciate if anyone could give some suggestion to fix this issue.
FIXED>>For those who might be interested. I got a Tech come out and he replaced the Wi-Fi with an USB workaround Wi-Fi. He figured that the excessive heat was caused by the Latest Windows Update which caused Cortana to use 29 % of memory. My CPU's are now in the normal range of 39-41 Celsius.
