Strange Networking access issue after Windows 10 updates

I'm on Win10 1903 and had finally gotten everything working correctly. However after a windows update a strange networking issue has show up. I have 3 PC's in my network and all had been able to connect to each one's user public folders. Now, PC1 is fine and can connect to PC2 & PC3. PC2 can connect to PC3 and vice versa. However, neither PC2 or PC3 can connect to PC1. When I do try to access PC1 from PC2 or PC3 I get "you do not have permission to access \\PC1. Contact your network admin to request access". Since I'm the sole user I have admin access. The strange part is if I type in \\PC1\Users\Public from PC2 or PC3 I am able to access PC1. What the heck is going on here? I can't be the only one this has happened to. Is there a fix? Thanks.

I'm a little confused because you first say that you get an error when you try to connect but then you say that you can in fact connect. Could you clarify what you are doing differently in the two scenarios?

In the meantime, a few settings to double-check:

Go to Start > Settings > Network and Internet > Status

Is your connection under Network status shown as "Private network"? If not, select "Change connection properties" and make your connection Private.

Next, still on the Status page, select "Sharing options". Make sure that "Turn on network discovery" and ""Turn on automatic setup of network connected devices" is on. Also select on "Turn on file and printer sharing".

If that still is not helping then a little clarification on questions I had at the top would be helpful.

When you connect you should connect to a share \\PC1\Users\Public not the pc as you will only have permission to access shares not the pc

I mean the only way to access PC1 was to physically type \\PC1\Users\Public in the address bar. If I looked under network and clicked on PC1 from either PC2 or PC3 that is when I would get that message. I did a complete restore with an Acronis back up image from last week and that message is gone now. No idea why that message was coming up. I checked Win 10 updates and only some office 16 updates were there.
