Connecting To Wireless Display With Command Prompt

I have a laptop with a weaker processing power and I'm trying to make use of my desktop (which is not connected to any display/keyboard/mouse) in the corner of my room to get it to project its screen to my laptop and allow my laptop to control the desktop. I have found out that this approach is the least latency of other remote PC control method (such as TeamViewer, Window's Remote Desktop). This procedure can be done by having my desktop to project its screen to my laptop and ticking the "Allow mouse, keyboard, touch, and pen input from this device". But this process would require either controlling the desktop with a keyboard/mouse/display or with TeamViewer first, if there is a way to send a single command line to my desktop using putty.exe (or alternatives) to achieve this?
