Windows 10 2019 build can not see the server-Workgroup

    Going to the office today to try these things. I will be keeping my fingers crossed. I will come back and report my findings.

    Does Windows 7 Pro not have SMB? I looked in Windows Features and the SMB options are not there. I wanted to look here before grabbing the laptop in question.

    Windows Server 2003 is long past its end of support. It only supports SMB1. That explains your problems.
