All my computers will not allow access to other PCs in the network since latest Windows update they either say "website (PC name) is online but sin't responding to connection" or a password/credential screen pops-up. I provide the correct credentials for PC but are not accepted.
What goes on !!!

Some people run 1709, some 1803, some 1903, some Insider builds... and some people receive a given update at different times to others. So please define this.
What is your current Windows build? Sadly the forum does not require this, so we have to ask time and again. Thanks.
If it asks for password etc it for a user on the PC your connecting to. After major update you in effect have new PC's

PS. I have use the MS Windows update assistant and it said the last time I used it, it was up-to-date (see image).

The one I'm having most issue with is the 1803 build, it can see some PCs and others not at all, or the credential screen pops up and you provide the correct information to logon and it says its incorrect. The five PC in the network all talked to each other until the update this week.

the 1803 build has discovery etc. on and is not seen by other PCs at all.
Hi, from the notes here I don't see anything that seems to relate to your experience of the update, which suggests it's not a well-known issue with it:

Have you tried uninstalling the update to compare behaviour?
@Samuria - as you probably know, the roll-out of 1903- perhaps especially- is gradual, being controlled by MS and not offered at all to PCs deemed problematic. Not everyone with 1803 had been offered 1809 yet.
