Which SMB is on my Network

    Thanks for the help , is it a good idea to still force one pc to be the Master Browser , haven't played in win10 much with that stuff.

    Came across this thread cos My Surface 3 wasn't seeing other PC's on the network a few days ago , but of course today' it does :)

    @Bree - That's it Bree. Thank you very much.
    @Kbird - I came across some sites about if you should force MB. From what I read it depends. House A has 1-3 computers; here leave it. House B has 8 computers and a server; turn off and make sure the server is the MB. Not hardcoded, but the jist is along those lines.

    Mapping drives seems to be easier as I use Kodi and right off the bat the mapped drives are there to choose from. That is much easier than using the SMB way.
