Hardwire and Wifi access point saying "Doesn't have a valid IP config"

I've seen this error before in my lifetime. But this issue, I've not been able to resolve. I've tried the steps 1-4 here. It's our newest model a dell 5490. I AM able to connect to the visitor network wirelessly on site. But both the wired and wireless access points say "no internet" Running the network troubleshooter gives me the Doesn't have a valid IP Config error. Any ideas?

Solved: Wi-Fi doesn't have a valid IP configuration - Driver Easy

Reboot the Gateway. An Access Point is a device that you connect to for WIFI, the adapter is what is used by the computer to connect to the network.

What is the modem/router/gateway model number? Rebooting the modem/router/gateway device will flush the IPTable. If this is an Enterprise setting with VLAN’s, talk to who manages IT equipment and have them see if the device is even seen on the network. Also try just disabling the firewall. If that does not work, try going into SAFE mode with Networking and see if it will connect at least through Ethernet. Then try with WIFI.

Idk how secure it would be posting an ipconfig of a company computer. Not sure if people do that a lot. Anyway it looks to be a certificate issue as he can connect to the visitor network but not the employee.

You are on a domain. You need to speak with IT, since it appears that you work for Weitz Construction.

Do I need to remove the ipconfig for security purposes, or is there just not much we can do here?
