Hosting Ranks?

Hello,

If you don't live under a rock you have heard or you have bought a domain and a hosting plan @ GoDaddy

The problem whit GoDaddy for me is this hosting is very expensive (Mexico) I am looking for alternatives

Is there a Rank list of providers that offers hosting plans based in their reputation?

I've been hosting with Namecheap since last decade, very satisfied. I've rarely needed support, but very responsive and helpful the few times I've dealt with them.

Same, I've been using namecheap for a few months now and it's pretty great... and cheap. 15 bucks a year on shared hosting.
