have a question my network adapter only getting 17mbps download i got 100mbps internet i tried replacing the cord and had cable company come out and see whats wrong everything else in the house is getting 100mbps my laptop and phone and Xbox one all got 100mbps i tried multiple network cards in my computer plus used the onboard WiFi adapter still the same speed

Trying too make sure you are not mixing up Mbps with MBps
lan i tried several diffrent adapters pci express i tried the one on board i tried the wifi on board i tried tethering it with my cell phone same speeds
Go to Control Panel>Device Manager>expand your network adapters> right click your onboard Lan>choose properties then choose the Link Speed Tab and post a screenshot

Here is mine showing what I'm asking for
now my ethernet port not working using wifi now man this board is messed up sent it in to fix my audio and pci express port and all they did was fix pci express port ever since they did that got slow speeds now the ethernet port wont show up in device manager or when u install the driver it says this "No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer"
