No, I don't have a "wifi sandbox" adapter activated. Or, at least I don't think I do. There was no WiFi icon in the task bar in the Sandbox, and on the Network & Internet Settings panel from the Sandbox, WiFi was mentioned no place at all.
You have the same issue I had: no connection in the Sandbox itself. It's just that now, I can no longer even open the Sandbox at all...
I just tried to "bridge connections" between vEthernet and WIFI adapter and something happened...... Microsoft Edge did not give me errors but I could not load any site. Just the spinning circle.....

OK, if you Bridge connections between the WIfi Adapter and the vEthernet Hyper-V Virtual adapter you get a connection, extremely slow but at least something!
Update: I can confirm that if I disable Norton Firewall I get a connection. The problem now is how to config an exception in Norton!
This might be the solution:
Smart Firewall Blocking Win 10 Hyper-V VM Internet | Norton Community

Hello, again. OP here. I wiped my hard drive and reinstalled Windows fresh and there is no problem with Windows Sandbox now: it loads properly and I have a working internet connection within it.
The first time I launched the Sandbox, it took a while for the internet connection to be established, but since then, each time Sandbox launches the internet connection is there. I was kind of expecting it to show a WiFi symbol, since that's how the computer is connecting, but it shows up as an Ethernet connection.
