Can’t connect to internet after winsock reset

No internet access after winsock reset..
    I’m on Windows 10.

Long story short an online game wasn’t working for me so I followed a Youtube video that told me to enter in some commands in cmd. Commands were:
    netsh winsock reset
    netsh winsock reset catalog
    netsh int ipv4 reset

I reset my laptop and now I can’t access the internet..

I tried again with another set of winsock reset commands but still doesn’t work. Help?

Hi Currency. Welcome to the TenForums @Currency

Sorry, what do you mean you mean you reset laptop, just so we all have the same meaning.

Are you using Wireless or wired?

    Have you power reset router.

Please try these. Run the following six bolded commands. Use a Command Prompt(admin) or Powershell(admin)

Do not key in info in brackets, there for your information.

ipconfig /flushdns (Clear the dns cache)
nbtstat -RR (release and refresh NetBIOS names)
netsh int ip reset (reset ip settings)
netsh winsock reset (Reset Winsock Catalog)
netsh interface ip delete arpcache (reset Address Resolution Protocol cache)
    netsh advfirewall reset

In device manager under Network Adapters, any errors (yellow exclamation marks.)

What version / build of Windows 10 are you using?
