I've already changed the same kind of router to check if the problem is the router that I got from them, but still gives me 100 Mbps.
Another question, if I have a network card of 1 Gbps, it must to show in the card's name "Gigabit"?

It won't necessarily.

If you get the same router from the company, then it will still have the same specifications. You will need a different MODEL of router, something that specifically states it has 1000Mbps or 1Gbps ports, or something that is generally new. You should be able to buy your own. One I recommend from my own experience is the TP-Link Archer C2600 or Archer C1900. Those both have gigabit switch ports on the back. If your provider gave you the same HOTBOX 1 router, then it will have the same specifications as the last ones, which appears to be limited to 100Mbps.

This is the only router they got for 200 Mbps, I can't get any other router because the higher one is for 500 Mbps and above it is a Fiber router.
This router supposed to give 200 Mbps.
