slow device speed in W10 Pro

Hi, brand new SSD (500G) installed with clean install of W10Pro. After installing AMD Radeon HD 8570 D Catalyst Control device driver for my second monitor my internet device speed went down from 872/790 (D/U) to 400/480. After further installing Kaspersky Total Security my speed dropped to 150/175.
what is going on? Got a 1Gbps fiber optic connection (BELL, CA), 8G RAM and my CPU is only around 44% used.

    slow internet speed-reply to Samurai

Hi Bro, thanx for the quick reply. My PC is hardwired into my BELL Home Hub 3000. Bugged them with slow speed, they told me my SSD (brand new Kingston 480) is crap. Bugged Kaspersky as well, their "tech" guy was a total failure. Remotely accessed my PC and checked out my Task Manager and that was it, he had no clue about anything. Anyway I did the TraceT command and here are the results. Remember at this point of time Kaspersky is totally uninstalled so my speed is up around 375 which is still far away from 850 which I used to get before AMD installed.

I didn't check the geo-location, but you are going over the pond it seems. The latency increases around ten fold, that could be the reason for the download speed drop...

Hi Bro, thanx for your help. Still does not understand what's the speed got to do with installing apps like a device driver. Why would that slow down incoming speed?
