That tweak turns off UAC and renders the computer susceptible to infiltration & a wide range of malware.

I urge you not to use this tweak at all.

I do not like running down other posters but if he understood what he was doing he would have explained what UAC was and would have told you how to turn it off using the UI instead of that Registry alteration.
