My computer does not display as a device on my home network. Win. 10

Windows 10. My computer PAUL-DELL does not display as a device on my home network. When running troubleshooter for connections, consistently fixes my Dell wireless adapter. Adapter is current with latest version. Is my computer not discoverable? Tried adding device, does not show as a device I can add. Does show as a device not connected. I am lost.

On my computer I see my computer. Wife's Computer I see Hers and mine

Took option 2 as suggested. Thank you. My discovery was on for Public but not Private. Turned on for private discovery, my computer Paul-Dell appeared on my compute's network. Discovery is on Both computers (Public and Private) is on. My network only shows my computer Paul-Dell and shared files. Her Network shows both Paul-Dell and Dell-Mom and their shared files. Appears both computers have the same settings....Discovery is on both Private and Public
